A Short Dystopian Drama/ Romance shot February 13 & 14th, 2026. Film in Post-Production, set to finish by March of 2026. Directed by Annette Papé, produced by Marley Hughes, and associate produced by Jules DeVore and written by John Aiden White. Cinematography by Clara Ann Brown. Featuring Izzie Squire Southworth & Jack McLeish, cast by Jules Devore.
Inspiration & Tone, our film is if Don’t Worry Darling met Eternity. We took a lot of inspiration from Wanda Vision and themes from Eternity. We also used the color palette of Wes Anderson’s, Asteroid City, and But I’m a Cheerleader. Annette is fascinated by dystopian universes and hopes to explore some of life’s hardest challenges and questions with a bit of whimsy and wonder.
